A ... arthritis ... Season 12, Episode 25 "Music of the Speres"
The Polish violinist who was the protege of Lord Ashfordly's sister had arthritis. (This was the same episode where Steve took the violinist's daughter out dancing and James Carlton was reportedly disgusted that he wasn't allowed to have his hand on her bum when he kissed her).

One of the most poignant episodes ever - I can never hear "Nights in White Satin" now without thinking of this one.

K ... Kleptomania ... what Mrs. Ventress' aunt was suspected of in "Home Sweet Home", Season 11, Episode 5. A series of items go missing at a nursing home, incl. Alf's warrant card. Oscar discovers that the owner/operator of the home is not a State Registered Nurse as she should be, so he is suspicious of her. But it was really Alf's aunt-in-law "tidying up after people".
