By this is quiet! A good steady ep I thought. Great to see it back. David and the woman from London ;D awwwww. Good on Dr Trent for chucking her useless husband out. Nice to hear a bit more about Rob's past. What was that new PC there for? he didn't do anything, must be something stewing for next week  Typical of Noakes to take all the credit and nice to see Phil and Alf pulling together to sort Rob out. |

A good starting episode. nice to see Helen's rat of a husband get the elbow, I always thought she was too nice for him anyway.
So Steven Blakeley is the policeman. He looks a lot younger than in that picture.
I thought his ears did a lot of flapping !!
Hope they soon lick him into shape.
I think maybe Sgt Nokes was taking the credit to prevent Rob from getting a rollicking from Shiner. ? ( After being warned off )

I did not know we were getting a new copper and was it just me or did he look like he was made of wax or something? Not cute at all ;D I missed Dennis, I hate Nokes as it is but having a new sergeant right away might have taken the edge off me missing Dennis, as it is well it was Nokes  Wasn't David sweet, malicious manipulative pregnant dog, she pushed a marriage over the edge for revenge! Glad to see he's been chucked out though that will clear the way for the doc to ***spoiler***  I cna't wait till the new sarge comes, oops have I already said that  Rob was good, liked his storyline. All in all it was very good, much better than TR ;D |

Good ep. I think TR has to work a lot harder to have a good ep, but Hb just has to show up and it's already brilliant. Lol.
I don't think the new cop will last long or he will change very quickly. Poor old Sgt Noakes. Do you think she has a regular job and just jumps at the chance of going to Aidensfield whenever the opportunity arises?
Nothing bad to say really. David did well by himself. Rosie is fitting in nicely. Liked the old hands Alf and Oscar giving Rob some advice.
Does anyone want any screencaps? I managed to grab a couple while doing the TR roleplay. Lol.

I reckon she is like a Locum Dr. Just fills in when Sgts are not there, or on a course or something. She probably is based in Leeds or something, and just gets farmed out. ;D ;D |

Are Alf and Oscar going to start up a part time detective agency this year? The episode with the twin and Helen Neave was on. they could be the "VB Detection Services". I thought that Helen had said to Oscar that she hoed his girl friend didn`t mind her kissing him and Oscar had said No she won`t mind in the twins episode , I must have heard wrong.
Glad that in this episodeVernon and Bernie are still there. sorry Matthew left ,is he going to come back as an antagonist? Looking forwad to this series in the Autumn but not to the characters leaving. Iwish them all the best on their new endeavors.
