:)Dear all, There is a new bi-monthly magazine starting up in the UK called "On The Air". Their tentative schedule shows a photo feature on Goathland/Aidensfield for December 2005. Here is a link to the website: homepage.ntlworld.com/pdriley/future%20editions.htmYou can register online to receive a free (abridged) "taster edition'. :)Cheers, :)Cynthia

Thank-you Cynthia. I missed the British Isles show apparently they were handing out 'Tasters'(as they call them) there. Sounds promising.

Sounds like a good mag. Do you think it will be sold in shops or will it be a subscription only thing?

My 'taster' copy arrived very promptly and had one HB snippett in it. There was an article on Roy Barraclough (formerly Alex Gilroy on Coronation Street) which said he had just finished filming a guest appearance on HB as the railroad staion master. DEon't know if that episode has already been seen in the UK - just passing it along.
The magazine is very heavily skewed towards fans of Corrie and at Cdn. $69.00 for a year (6 issues) is too rich for me. The UK subscription rate isn't so bad - 18 pound.
Cheers, Cynthia

At www.csvu.net guestbook it says that they are putting the Canadian subscription down to $35 .CDNThat is a help for us who have Greengrass` salary. It is not a bad read. Wish it was on the stands/
