Mark,
I am coming to Canada in a 16 days and I wondered if you knew whether Heartbeat or The Royal are on in Quebec? Do you know how I could find out before I go?

Sadly, I don't think you will be able to see the shows in Quebec unless the place you're going has satellite or if the cable company carries TV Ontario. You won't many English speaking stations in Quebec other than CTV, CBC and Global.
TV Ontario has completed the showing of The Royal's season 3 and Born and Bred 's season 3 is now on.
Have a fab time in Quebec and bundle up...it's extremely cold right now.
